Reservation and payment policy.

• The reservation can be free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
• 14 days before the date of arrival, 30% will be charged and serve as confirmation of the reservation.
• Upon arrival at the destination: 70% remaining of the reservation will be charged in the check-in.

Cancellation policy.

• In case of cancellation the prepayment made (30%) will not be refunded.
• In case of no show, the client will lose 100% of the amount of the reservation.
• If the client voluntarily renounces our services before his stay is completed, he will not be returned any amount.

In case of unforeseen reasons and not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the company will make other accommodation of equal or superior characteristics available to the client without any refund by any of the parties.
