The apartment is available in its entirety so that our guests can enjoy privacy during their stay. It is fully equipped and functional. It is only necessary to arrive with your personal items and start enjoying your trip.
The closest Metro stop is Plaza Castilla (Line 1.9) which is a 3-minute walk away and the Chamartin commuter station or the train is a 6-minute walk away

Upon arrival you will be received in person. Free arrivals are from 15h to 20h. Arrivals after 20h to 22h carry a supplement of €35 to be paid by the guest upon delivery of the keys. Arrivals after 22h to 23h carry a supplement of €75 to be paid by the guest upon delivery of the keys. No arrivals after 23h.
The cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the house (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to opening the house).
Noisy parties and gatherings are absolutely prohibited. Under the sanction of the competent authorities.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning before you go out. I ask that you take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are some containers on the street enabled for this.
Leave the house collected before your departure. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests staying in a tourist apartment are required to show their identification (ID card or passport)
